have been putting most of my time into playing in a band called Verity's Bride which is heavy rock kinda stuff, had our first gig a few months ago which was really good and have another one next week on friday (28th oct)at alvechurch social club.
have been uploading new stuff to
myspace so check it out, recently uploaded a song with me singing on, thought id give it a try, not too bad but i cant sing.

hehe.. the last post here said happy new year, thats how long its been, i had a few problems with my computer after that and ended up building a new one to write music on, iv wrote a few new songs but havnt posted them on here, in a few bands now.... Verity's Bride which is heavy rock kinda stuff, had our first gig a few weeks ago which was really good! another band is an experimental metal kind of band called Avenge This, just got a new singer and are trying drummers out at the moment. 3rd band is called flashpig, there was some music on dmusic somewhere from flashpig, its kinda rock n roll really. all good stuff! will post some new stuff soon, in the meantime visit
myspace for a few new songs. off to reading festival next week, that should be good, im playing the blue tent in the field with all the other tents. hehe.

My music will be took off in the next few weeks.
well... most of it, the good news is that new songs are nearly done and will be uploaded in place of them.
more good news is that the music that will be took down will be re uploaded in new clearer updated versions at www.machman.pointclark.net along with early demo's, acoustic sets and work in progress clips
so should be good,we are still working on it at the moment (well, dean mainly) although there is quite a bit there to see already.
also, nearly got a new song finished for the cryo effergy project (

Unfortunately Ellie has decided that she no longer wants to
work with me!!
she is far from keen on the music i tend to
write and wants to do more of her own stuff, unfortunately
i have the wrong set up for the stuff she wants to do so
she is off to pastures green!
where these pastures are
im not sure but hopefully we will hear more from her on
dmusic in the near future!
on a lighter note, im putting the finishing touches to
an album full of my tracks (just for me n a few mates
really) iv got a couple of ideas for an album title,
im either gonna go with:
white socks and bad grammar or
2 weeks short of forever...
i think im leaning towards 2 weeks short of forever..
